Service Description
Relirec provides software tools for organizing workplace operations, including users, tasks, checklists, reports, planning, scheduling, HRM, CRM, and much more. Relirec is not an emergency, legal, medical, financial, payroll, or safety-critical system. Companies remain responsible for their own decisions and data.
Accounts and Access
A company account is managed by authorized users. Company administrators are responsible for inviting the right people, assigning permissions, removing access when needed, choosing active modules, and making sure each user keeps login details private. Users must not share accounts or access data that they are not allowed to use.
Customer Data
Companies are responsible for the data they and their users enter into Relirec. The company must ensure it has the right to store and process this data in Relirec.
Acceptable use
Relirec must be used for lawful workplace management purposes only. Users must not upload illegal content, intentionally damage the service, attempt to bypass permissions, scrape data, overload the system, reverse engineer private parts of the service, or use Relirec to harass, mislead, or monitor people unlawfully.
Modules and Pricing
Relirec is modular and under development. Modules, workflows, features, prices, and availability may change over time. Pricing may depend on selected modules, number of users, separately agreed custom work.
Availability and support
Relirec aims to keep the service available and useful, but temporary downtime, maintenance, bugs, or feature changes can happen. Support, bug reports, and feature requests are handled through the Relirec support and feedback interface within the app.
Liability limits
Relirec is provided as software for organizing and managing work, and companies should keep their own backup processes for important operational decisions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Relirec is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit, business interruption, or decisions made only from incomplete or incorrect information entered into the system.
